Formulated with passionflower to help relieve and reduce symptoms of mild anxiety, and has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine to reduce restlessness and sleeplessness. Ashwagandha has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine to help the body adapt to and relieve symptoms of stress. Magnesium supports general health and wellbeing, and may help relieve mild muscle spasms and tension when dietary intake is inadequate.

Calm + De-Stress contains: Withania somnifera root ext 75mg from root dry 1.5g, Passiflora incarnata herb ext 200mg from herb dry 1g, Lavandula angustifolia herb ext 2.5mg from herb dry 50mg, Rehmannia glutinosa root ext 83.3mg from root dry 500mg, Terminalia ferdinandiana fruit flesh con powder 10mg from fruit flesh fresh 100mg, Heavy Magnesium oxide 248.75mg Magnesium 150mg.
